Payments
All projects require a 50% upfront deposit. Remaining balance due before final delivery. No refunds on deposits once work begins
Intellectual Property
Ownership transfers after final payment is received.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate content and timely feedback to facilitate smooth project progress.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for third-party tools, hosting issues, or lost data.
Changes
Terms may be updated without notice.
Per Project Documents
Separate Service Agreement and Scope of Work will be included in each project with full details.
